the bluetooth servers will recognises the phones and send them a text message asking if they would like to recieve a message from the store or business thats advertising , when the potential passing customer selects yes , the advert is then sent to the mobile phone at no cost to the person recieving the message , if the potential customer decides not to accept the message , our servers will then add the mac address of that phone to our blacklist and will not resend the message again to that phone.
